How I Work
I specialise in offering online cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for individuals and couples.
I can help with a range of mental health problems including depression, anxiety and relationship difficulties. I pride myself on my warm and compassionate approach, creating a therapy space in which you feel safe and comfortable to share.

1:1 Therapy Sessions
One to One Cognitive Behavioural Therapy sessions can help with a range of mental health concerns.

Couple Therapy
I offer therapy for couples who would like to work through relationship difficulties together.

Clinical Supervision
I am an experienced clinical supervisor and can offer clinical supervision to therapists.
